It's summer - and boy of boy has it started well !

Summer just got even better with the release of our summer menu which we've pretty sure is just perfect for summer. It's hot, it's smokin', it's jam-packed with fresh flavours and ingredients - we're confident you're going to love it!

  • Texas link – meatballs, sticky, smok’n, finger licken
  • 250gm Beef ribeye steak – cooked to your liking, rosemary and sea salt, Cajun onion chips, porcini butter, ranch slaw
  • Sous vide spring lamb shoulder and shank – roast beetroot, pomegranate, cherry tomato salsa, tyrokafter (feta, roast capsicum, Aleppo pepper), flatbread
  • 70% choc tart, TMK pineapple ice-cream

We've retained some real tMK Classics, perpetual favourites such as  the Popcorn Prawns and Crispy Calamari are all still available.
